Week 13 - 與黃小Ｂ初次見面

今日係同黃小Ｂ初次見面嘅大日子！呢個叫做dating scan，主要睇吓ＢＢ嘅心跳，胎盤嘅位置，同埋根據ＢＢ嘅大細去計算一個準確小小嘅預產期。我嘅心情極度興奮，但又擔心.... 希望黃小Ｂ健健康康啦！

Appointment係1.45pm，錫我嘅老闆當然比我上晝work from home啦！醫院離屋企５分鐘車程，無謂走嚟走去啦！

到咗1.15pm老公已經番到嚟，咁佢換完衫我哋就出發喇！我之前仲飲咗３杯水，醫院話有個full bladder會睇得清楚Ｄ架！

等待中...

等咗１５分鐘到我喇！個Sonographer帶咗我入間scan房，不過唔比影相！佢叫我瞓上床，我瞓响到都望到個mon。個mon响我左邊，老公就坐响我右邊，個Sonographer好快咁唧咗Ｄgel就開始幫我照。

我哋好快已經見到ＢＢ，個Sonographer就同我指出邊度係個心、對手、個頭、肚仔，ＢＢ嗰時瞓緊覺。睇到呢度我已經眼濕濕喇！ 生命真係好奇妙呀！我終於可以好肯定我個肚真係有個ＢＢ呀！黃小Ｂ個頭响我個肚嘅右邊，腳仔响左邊，唔怪得前幾日我淨係左邊肚痛呀，一定係黃小Ｂ踢我！ 之後個Sonographer就開始度黃小Ｂ嘅身長、頭圍，度度吓佢醒咗呀！唔知係咪比我同老公嘅尖叫聲嘈醒呢哈哈！佢仲腳young young添呀，好似蜈蚣彈咁，好得意呀！呢個時候個Sonographer就話個session finish喇，冇得睇喇！吓！咁快嘅，睇咗都冇５分鐘！佢一關機我已經掛住黃小Ｂ喇！ 佢冇乜講ＢＢ嘅情況比我哋聽，只係話黃小Ｂ一切正常，比番幾幅相我哋就叫我哋出去等。

之後佢出嚟比番本record book我哋，話我嘅預產期冇變都係10日6號，跟住就話走得喇！吓？ 我問唔洗見midwife抽血驗尿咩？佢就話個hospital midwife話我一切正常，冇需要見我喎，咁兒戲咁嘅！唔比我有嘢要問咩？ 咁我就問吓老公嘅驗血結果有未，佢先去check吓。之後個midwife出嚟話冇收到老公Ｄ血喎，話可能寄失咗！攪錯呀！可憐嘅老公咁就要捱多針，要抽多一次。

抽完準備走，但越諗越唔舒服，佢又唔講黃小Ｂ幾長，個頭幾大，頸皮幾厚(check唐氏綜合症)，我哋乜都唔知喎，所以去咗問一個姑娘。 姑娘話因為我唔係34歲以上，唔係高危，所以個唐氏綜合症嘅screening test會响16週嗰時先會抽血驗，另外除非個ＢＢ生長有問題，一般都唔會咁詳細解釋。 睇番本record book，先知黃小Ｂ有73mm長，胎盤、ＢＢ心跳都正常，所以我哋都放心番Ｄ！可能因為係政府唔係私家啦，唔係咁詳細，我始終唔太滿意佢咩都問先至講！

番到屋企同爸爸媽媽webcam，比佢哋睇吓個孫媽媽一如以往交足戲，嘩嘩聲咁嗌。又話幅相好清楚，又話個孫個輪廓好深，梗係啦，唔係靚仔就係靚女架喇！

下一次scan係5月20號，要差唔多兩個月先可以再見到你喇黃小Ｂ！

Merry Christmas!!

Saturday should be a day of fun, but poor me is sitting at home trying to get the invoice done before the deadline (Monday)... hopeful next month i dun have to do this at home, this is so time consuming and it can take hourssss!

I had the following conversation with lo ban on the way to the car park last night:-

lo ban: Suki... I feel really bad

me: y?

lo ban: I feel really bad about the amount of work i have asked you to do...

aiya... even though his sympathy doesn't help ease my workload... it was such a relieve to hear that... last night was the very first night when i could really stop worrying about work, and enjoyed a great night out with my hubby :)

work has been extremely tough... and it can only get worse... as my gd assistant has a job offer and her last day with us will be next friday... which means when i come back from holiday, she will be gone and i'll be on my own coping with everything...  

it really stresses my out just to think about it... but i'll try not to let it ruin my holiday, i should switch off.... and enjoy the holiday with my luv  

im very very very tired.... both mentally and physically... but i won't give up.

finally it's the easter holiday..... who said 4 days' week is gonna be easy?  it simply means squeezing 5 days' workload into 4...  

these 2 weeks were hectic, never had i worked soooo hard before....  i am always the last one to leave the office, i take my laptop home every night and start working again straight after dinner.... (a credit to Wai  he's been very supportive as he's been doing the cooking doing washing up so i didnt hv to worry a single thing. ) Even so... i can never seem to finish my work.  my manager knew it and he quickly got me another assistant  she just started working on Monday and i've been spending quite a bit of time with her everyday, im glad she is a bright girl and she picks things up real quick so hopefully she will be able to work independently by end of April.... now all i wish is to be able to stop the clock while i still carry on working; i guess that's the only way that i can catch up the work i have left behind...  i am not moaning though!!! i know the beginning is always the toughest....

but the good thing is..... we have just booked the tickets to go to Switzerland for 8 days in May !!! we were doing some random checks on easyjet the other night and surprisingly a return tickets to Switzerland only costs 45 quid!! so there's no reason to stop us going heheh  i know the living standard in Switzerland is quite high but as we have saved some money on flight tickets we should be alright.... this is the only thing that keeps me going at the moment... 6 weeks to go....
